It depends on how many accounts and transactions you have, so I do not post prices. Monthly bookkeeping is a flat monthly fee, and a cleanup is one fixed price. Both come after the free diagnostic, once I have seen your file.
We go through your QuickBooks together, and within five business days you get a written summary of what I found and what I would do about it. It costs nothing, and you do not have to hire me afterward.
No. I look with accountant access, and nothing in your file is changed.
Yes. I work with small businesses across the Hawaiian Islands, by video and phone. If you are near me, I am always up for a coffee.
No, only QuickBooks Online. If you are on something else, we talk about moving to QuickBooks Online first.
No. Tax returns and tax advice stay with your CPA. I keep the books your CPA files from right all year, and at year end I hand them a clean package.
Usually, yes. A CPA prepares your return from the books you give them. If the books are wrong all year, your CPA has to dig before they can file, and you pay for that time.
No. I record and check what your payroll company runs, so the books match what was actually filed and paid.
It depends on what we agree. For monthly clients I check GET every month so the filing is ready on time, and some clients have me file it for them.
Yes. That is what a cleanup and catch-up is for. The diagnostic shows how far behind you are, and the fixed price covers getting you current.
